1. Purpose of Personal Information Processing

Kyaa Studio (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act will be implemented.

• Service provision and operation
• Member management and identity verification
• Customer inquiry response and complaint handling
• Utilization for marketing and advertising (with consent)

2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention and use period in accordance with laws or the personal information retention and use period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.

• Member registration and management: Until member withdrawal
• In case of ongoing investigation or inquiry due to violation of related laws: Until the end of the investigation or inquiry

3. Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

Information subjects can exercise rights such as viewing, correcting, deleting, and suspending processing of personal information at any time with respect to the Company. The exercise of rights can be done through written documents, e-mail, fax, etc., to the Company, and the Company will take action without delay.

4. Items of Personal Information Processed

The Company processes the following personal information items.

• Required items: Email, Password, Name
• Optional items: Profile picture, Contact information
• Automatically collected items: IP address, Cookies, Service usage records, Device information

5. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company destroys the personal information without delay when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose.

6. Chief Privacy Officer

The Company designates a Chief Privacy Officer as follows to take general responsibility for personal information processing and to handle complaints and damage relief of information subjects related to personal information processing.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies from March 1, 2024.
